No purchase necessary. One valid entry per contestant.
You must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry to be eligible for this contest. This contest is void where prohibited by law.
Winners will be notified by email. If a winner is unreachable after seven (7) days, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected. If an eligible winner cannot be found for the prize, that prize will not be awarded.
Today’s Country 95-5 reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
Today’s Country 95-5 reserves the right to restrict the local winners to only persons whose primary residence is within a 60 mile radius of Lethbridge, Alberta.
Employees of Today’s Country 95-5, its respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising sponsors and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.
Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the contest commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the contest.
Entrants further grant to Today’s Country 95-5 the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Contest.
Today’s Country 95-5 reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Contest, including information on contestants obtained through the contest, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.
The Contest and all of the related pages, contents are copyright Today’s Country 95-5. Copying or unauthorized use of any copyrighted materials, trademarks or any other intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.
Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release all Sponsors, and their parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.
Today’s Country 95-5 is not responsible for Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, natural disasters or acts of man or God.
All results posted are unofficial until winners respond to e-mail notification.
The grand prize winner must adhere to Provincial and Federal health regulations in regards to international travel.
The grand prize winner must have a valid Canadian passport that is valid until July 1st, 2023 minimum. 
Today’s Country 95-5 is not responsible for trip or artist cancellations due to continuing provincial and federal health concerns.  
This contest is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that a contestant is using the contest for gambling purposes they will be disqualified and reported to authorities.
Today’s Country 95-5 reserves the right to change the rules at any time.

The information provided by contest player is for the verification of the identity of the prize winner and for the acknowledgement of receipt of the prize. The information will not be released to any third party, but shall be maintained in confidence by Pattison Media for the aforesaid purposes, and to ensure compliance with the eligibility rules for the present and future contests.

Acknowledgement of receipt of the contest prize by the winner or the winner’s agent shall constitute a release by the winner and his or her heirs, executors, administrators or assigns (collectively the “Releasers”) of Pattison Media (Today’s Country 95-5) from any liability, claim or demand which the Releasers or any of them may have at any time arising from or in any way related to the contest or the prize, including, without limitation, any action, claim or demand relating in any way to the use of the prize.

In receiving the said prize, the agent represents and warrants that he or she has the authority to bind the prize winner to this release.

The winner acknowledges and agrees that by accepting the prize and signing a prize release waiver, the winner and anyone from the winner’s household may not enter or win any future contests on the same station that they were awarded a prize until after a period of thirty (30) days from the date that they were declared a winner on that station. In the event that Today’s Country 95-5 discovers that a winner or anyone from the winner’s household wins another prize on the same station within a thirty (30) day period, the prize could be forfeited.

In the situation of cancellation of an event (ie; Concerts) or closure of a business beyond our control, to which tickets or prizes were won through Today’s Country 95-5, we are not responsible for reimbursement of tickets, prizing, or cash value.

Contests may also require a contestant to be 18 years or older. In the event this is the case, and you do not meet the age requirement, you may be refused the chance to participate.

Prizes must be picked up and claimed within 60 days of the date of the contest win. In the event prizes are not picked up in that time period, they’ll be forfeited by the winner and cannot be claimed.

All decisions of Today’s Country 95-5 in connection with contests are final.
